Who can participate in Make it in Munich?

Our offerings are open to third-country nationals (from non-EU and non-EFTA countries) who plan to work and live in Munich on certain types of visas, such as work visas, EU Blue Cards, or for family reunification. You can also apply if you work in a shortage occupation and are motivated to come to Munich.

What types of visas work for Make it in Munich?

Applicants who are in the process of obtaining a Work Visa, EU Blue Card, Family Reunion Visa, Vocational Training Visa, Visa for Purpose of Seeking a Vocational Training Place, Language Visa or Opportunity Card are able to apply.

Who can NOT join?

If you are coming to Munich on a student or tourist visa, you are not eligible for our programs. Participants who are already living in Germany can not apply, either.
